Aims

The purpose of this module is to learn new ΗΤΜL elements (table, Div, Span) and CSS properties (Tables CSS, float, clear) , understand how to use them and apply what you have learned in creating an awesome web page.

Expected outcomes

Upon completion of this module, you should know / should be able to:

Submodule 5.1: HTML on Tables

• • differentiate the elements of a table (head, body…)
  • construct a table

Submodule 5.2: CSS on Tables

• • apply commonly used style properties (color, border, width height, positioning…)
  • apply class rules

Submodule 5.3: Useful elements

• • recognize the role of <div> and how to use it
  • recognize the role of <float > and <clear> and be able to use it
  • recognize the role of <span> and be able to use it
