This assignment addresses course outcomes 1 and 3 and module learning objectives 1, 2, 3, and 4. Write a letter to your hotel guests who became gravely ill after a stay at your facility. You will submit this letter to a local newspaper in order to reach as many hotel guests as possible. Make sure to include elements of a negative messages because you will have to describe what caused the illness (breaking the bad news), but please also discuss what will you do to prevent this from happening in the future. Also pay attention to secondary audiences (anyone reading the newspaper), who may be different from your primary audience (hotel guests). Make sure to convey the bad news in a way as not to prevent anyone from staying at your hotel again. In other words, ensuring that the bad news will not deter future customers from booking a room at your hotel.

Your letter should be between 800 and 900 words in a MS Word document, 12-pt Times New Roman font, single-spaced, double-spaced between paragraphs.
